Also considering Covid measures the breakfast was a proper buffet with a wide selection. The best about the hotel for us was the peaceful location facing an amazing beach and then the service. We felt really taken care of. Every day we had great attention from the level staff, Maria G. was especially taking care of us, constantly checking if we are happy or missing something, very friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely can recommend this hotel and hopefully we can come again soon.

Hotel and location
- Great secluded location with amazing sand beach (watch out for jellyfish!) and surrounded by pine trees.
- The hotel is beach front with a Level swimming pool facing the sea and another swimming pool with hottubs on the other side.
- The hotel was overall in a good shape and decorated in a modern netral look.
- The room was rather small but practical, equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, fridge/minibar and a safe.

Food and service
- There was a huge buffet for breakfast with some of the widest selections of warm and cold food I have seen since Covid.
- The room service menu was quite limited and when we ordered pizza and some sandwitch and let´s just say it was below unimpressive.
- The staff all over the hotel was very professional and attentive, politely enforcing safety measures.

The Platinum benefits
- We got upgraded to upper floor with direct sea view – this was definitely worth it compared to garden facing rooms.
- We got a welcome note with local sweet ensaimada in the room and a bottle of sparking cava was delivered on our second night.
- We had access to Level lounge – you have daily soft drinks there and there was a happy hour around 12 and 5PM with selection of sweet and salty snacks and several alcohols to chose from – this was quite enough for us to skip lunch and keep us tipsy during the day.
- We had access to Level pool which is facing the sea, you have sun beds there and small “caves” to sit in. There was a pool attendendant constantly bringing us complimentary water. Considering the hotel was at a very low capacity, it got pretty packed here with best spots reserved for suite guests so I can imagine in a normal season you might not find a place to lounge.
- On our last day, they opened Level breakfast area serving alternative food than the main buffet with a small menu to chose from.
- As Platinum we had a private check-in, check-out area and the staff there was fantastic, very professional, helpful and extremely friendly.
- Overall, I would say this was a great place to maximize Meliá Platinum benefits, great Level areas and service. Just always keep in mind that with Meliá you do not get a free breakfast regardless of status unlike with Hilton or Marriott and also your spending during the stay doesn´t generate points to better book whatever additional services you want in advance as a part of the rate.
